Piedmont Auto Hail Repair will do their utmost to complete repairs as quickly as possible; however, actual turnaround times may differ based on factors like damage severity and parts availability; unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delays that arise from external sources like weather conditions or limited parts availability. Piedmont Auto Hail Repair stands behind its workmanship and will address any defects directly related to our repair services, so long as they are reported within an acceptable window after repairs have been performed. Please be aware, however, that this warranty DOES NOT cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence or normal wear & tear after repairs have been completed. As we cannot assume responsibility for items left inside of your vehicle during repairs, it is strongly suggested that all personal effects be removed prior to dropping it off at our shop. Payable upon completion of repairs; payment can be received in the form of cash, checks or major credit cards. Should nonpayment arise we reserve the right to store the vehicle until full payment has been received.
